Since it's inception in 1996, TIME STRUCTURES has focused on applying over 30 years of applied public policy experience and using laboratory tested methods and techniques (including complexity theory) to help people find solutions to real world public policy and time problems.

Standard public policy analysis, management analysis, focus groups, and  survey research tools are also applied to legislative and  administrative issues.
